Meta Scam Investigations

Berg PC and Lieff Cabraser are investigating fraud claims against Meta (the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp).
This web page will help you determine whether you have viable claims that might be suitable for a mass action or class action against Meta or anyone else for your loss.

Meta Investment Scam Questionnaire

Thank you again for contacting Berg PC. As you may have seen on our website, we are partnering with Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, LLP to investigate potential claims against Meta (the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp) on behalf of individuals who lost money through fraudulent investment scams after clicking on an advertisement on one of Meta’s platforms.

NOTE: If you do believe you have been defrauded, please preserve everything -- images of scam ads, WhatsApp threads, records of purchases, etc.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to determine whether you have viable claims that might be suitable for litigation against Meta for your loss.

Once the form is completed, it will be placed in the queue. If this is an emergency, dial 911. If you are having a mental health crisis, which is extremely common in this situation, please contact a mental health professional.
